What does AuraPath AI do?

AuraPath AI is an AI-native enablement agency headquartered in Los Angeles, serving companies across the United States, and a member of the Anthropic Partner Network. We work in three modes: Build (production AI systems, agents, and agentic platforms), Implement (Claude, Codex, ChatGPT and Gemini installed and connected to your stack), and Enablement (executive, department and one-to-one programs, plus a self-paced platform with certification). Engagements use one mode or combine all three.

What is AI enablement?

AI enablement is the work of making a team genuinely productive with AI: training people on tools like Claude and Claude Code, redesigning workflows around agents, and transferring the judgment to run and extend those systems in-house. It differs from implementation alone because the deliverable is a capable team, together with working software.

How does an AuraPath engagement work?

Engagements follow a staged process: discovery to identify the highest-value workflow, a fixed-scope proof of concept on your real data that ends in a clear go or no-go recommendation, phased delivery into production, and an optional monthly retainer for maintenance and coaching. Every AI feature is tested against an evaluation suite before it ships.

Job costing fell 2.5 months behind

When Rhea's HR director and accounting manager left within weeks of each other, job costing fell 2.5 months behind with a hard December 31 tax deadline coming.

Each bi-weekly payroll took 4–8 hours of manual work across Paychex, Excel and QuickBooks, following a six-page procedure. A decade earlier Intuit had quoted $30,000 (over $41,000 today) for custom software to fix it. That was out of reach for a firm Rhea's size.

From Paychex reports to a QuickBooks-ready file

The app takes the Paychex reports, calculates salary-adjusted rates and overtime allocation, reconciles everything before it reaches QuickBooks, and outputs a QuickBooks-ready file.
